I became a "Visalian" in 1977 and joined the State Farm family in 1991. I moved to Visalia to raise my children in a small-town community, and for the first ten years of their lives, I was a stay-at-home mom, sewing their clothes, making homemade baby food, and enjoying every new "first" along the way. I even worked part-time at their school so I could be part of their education. I LOVE being a mom! And when I became a grandma, it got even better. Grandkids are amazing! These days, I still enjoy spending time with family, heading to the beach to walk along the ocean, listening to music, reading a good book, and getting away to the Sequoias, Lake Kaweah, and the beautiful countryside that surrounds Visalia.

Helping people has always been a big part of who I am. I've enjoyed being involved with many local organizations over the years, including Downtown Kiwanis, where I served in several leadership roles and was honored as Distinguished Kiwanian in 2015. I was also active with our Chamber of Commerce, served as a board member and CFO of the Visalia Senior Housing project, and continue to support organizations including Hands in Visalia, Downtown Visalia, Arts Visalia, and the Tulare County Symphony. Being part of this community and helping make it a better place to live has been one of the great joys of my life.

My insurance career began as a team member in 1991. I later worked with agents throughout the area in a role similar to what is now known as a Field Implementation Coach, helping offices improve their operations and training team members. While I enjoyed that work, I missed working directly with people and helping solve their problems. Because of my experience and passion for helping others, I was encouraged to become an agent. I opened my State Farm office in 2000 and have never looked back! I truly love what I do. Helping people is a lifestyle for me, not just something I do during office hours. When a customer comes in with a problem, I want to be the person who helps find a solution. That's what keeps me passionate after all these years.

I have worked hard to create a warm, welcoming environment where people feel right at home. Our office is the brick building with the red door and the big sign on the corner. Inside you'll find a fireplace, plants, Shadow the cat sleeping near the fire, and Ollie the office dog greeting visitors. We believe insurance conversations should feel comfortable, and my team works together every day to solve problems and support our customers.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals and families protect what matters most with Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance, Electric Vehicle Insurance, and Trupanion Pet Insurance.
